Benefits of parkour

Parkour involves individuals working at a high intensity in order to get from one point to the next in the fastest way possible. Not only do you look cool when becoming a master at parkour but the sport has many benefits that can help improve your everyday life and overall health. These benefits include:

  • Improved heart efficiency
  • Improved lung and breathing efficiency
  • Improved overall physical and mental wellbeing
Events
  • Solo:

    Involves an athlete traversing across one of our several courses, completing it in the fastest possible time they can. This is a timed event and includes heats and finals.


  • Head to head:

    Involves an athlete traversing across one of our several courses, completing it in the fastest possible time they can. This is a timed event and includes heats and finals.


  • Free run:

    Take the opportunity to enhance your skills with a self-paced free run. This is not a timed event and is non-competitive.
